3MPlast Exchange/ Returns Policy

Purpose:

The purpose of this exchange policy is to outline the conditions and procedures for customers to exchange
products purchased from 3MPlast. This policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear

guidelines for exchanges and handling damaged products.

Scope:

This policy applies to all products purchased from 3MPlast, either online or in-store. It includes
conditions for eligibility, the process for initiating exchanges, and the protocol for dealing with damaged
products. It also defines non-returnable items and the responsibilities of both 3MPlast and the customer.
 

Eligibility:

    • Products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
    • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
    • Original invoice is required.

Process:

    • Online Purchases:
      1. Contact our online order department within 7 days of purchase.
      2. Provide the invoice and images of the product.
      3. An exchange for a different color or an equivalent product (subject to availability) can be
        arranged, with a 50% delivery fee covered by the customer.
    • In-Store Purchases:
      1. Visit any 3MPlast branch within 7 days with the original invoice.
      2. Exchange for the same or an equivalent product (subject to availability).

Returns for Damaged Products:

  1. 3MPlast Responsibility:
    • If damage occurs during shipping or loading, 3MPlast will replace the product at no cost
      within 5 working days.
    • Proof of damage (e.g., photos) is required.
  2. Customer Responsibility:
    • If damage occurs after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence, 3MPlast will
      replace the damaged part or the entire product, with the customer bearing 20% of the product
      cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Cushions
    • Steel foldables
    • Empty Cartons
